这声怒吼，直冲著想赶快把晚餐吃完，像往常一般出去玩的我，而这句突然脱口而出

母亲、读小学的弟弟和我，谁都不敢抬起头看父亲。也因为重力拍打桌面的关系，父
亲的筷子从狭长的餐桌上滚落到地面。
父亲的个子不高。
如果把 (注1)出现的波平加上了胡子，那就是父亲的样子，不过和波平不一样的是，
他脸上很少露出笑容，而且总是透过银框的眼镜，一直监视著我。
小学低年级时，我看到了学校通知单，上面写著「个性内向」。上课从来不曾举过手，
即使老师问话，也回答不出什么来，只能低头看著地板，不敢正视老师。就算老师把耳朵
贴近我的嘴边，还是听不到我那比蚊子还小的声音。在家中一直被教唆著「去做这个」、
「去做那个」，如果做不到的话就一直被大吼的我，在没有父母亲的学校中变得什么都不
会，深怕如果做了不必要事就会被骂。我，总是对人们的目光感到恐惧。

《我的团长我的团》小说历史背景:
在美国陆军当中,第75游骑兵团(the 75th Ranger Regiment)是一支骁勇善战的特种部队.然而这支部队的服装却总让人感到疑惑,因为在这支部队官兵们的军服上, 竟有一个画有青天白日圆徽(国军的军徽)的臂章.
一支美军特种部队为何要佩戴着60年前中国国民政府的军徽呢?
游骑兵属于轻型步兵,有着悠久的历史.200多年前,为应付印第安人的突袭,英国殖民者就在美洲大陆上组织了小型侦察骑兵队,他们被视作游骑兵的前身.美国独立战争和南北战争期间,游骑兵部队要么与正规军协同作战,要么深入敌后展开游击战,取得过骄人的战绩.不过,美军过去没有游骑兵部队的正式编制,这些游骑兵部队大多是即兴之作,在战争结束后都被解散了.
目前第75游骑兵团的前身是二战时在缅甸作战的一支美军部队.1943年,盟国决定组建一支地面部队,作为在缅甸作战的中国军队的先头部队.根据这一代号为”圆桌武士”的计划,美国组建了一支有2900人的特种部队.这支部队由法兰克·麦瑞尔准将指挥,因而又被称作”麦瑞尔突击队”(简称麦支队).
麦支队在印度接受了2个月的游击战和丛林战训练后,于1943年3月进入缅北战区,任务是潜入日军后方,切断敌军的供应及交通线.由于要与中国军队在缅甸战区联合作战,因此麦支队队徽上加上了当时中国军队的青天白日军徽.

《我的团长我的团》以独特视角展现了军民共同抗击日本侵略者、承受战争苦难的历史全景图，其惨烈残酷、其艰苦卓绝、其无与伦比的历史真实度与深刻的历史存在感将感动每一个观众。据介绍，为了真实反映那段历史，剧组的美术、道具等部门已经先后几次到云南看景。在谈到和其他战争题材的不同时，兰小龙表示：“我们更注重‘精神’的东西，关注的是战争中最不起眼的小人物。”
